Ingredients
- 1 1 tablespoon dried savory
- 1 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 1 1 tablespoon dried lavender or rosemary
- 1 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- Optional: 1 teaspoon dried bay leaf see notes
Instructions
- Add the dried spices to a bowl and mix them well.
- Store in a container in a cool, dark area like your pantry for 6-12 months.

Notes
- Use your fingers to break apart and crush a dried bay leaf into tiny pieces. Bay leaf has a very strong flavor so don't be tempted to add more than 1 teaspoon.
