High Protein Blueberry Kale Power Smoothie
This high protein powerhouse blueberry kale smoothie is full of antioxidants and plenty of protein to keep you full and satisfied until your next meal.
Ingredients
- ½ banana
- ½ cup kale chopped
- ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup yogurt plain, low fat
- 1 coop protein powder (1/2 c water optional)
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ice two handfuls or more to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
