Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder strawberry or vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor. Mix.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the yogurt mixture. 
  3. Process on pulse.
  4. Transfer to a pretty medium bowl with a scoop, garnish with frozen raspberries and cornflakes. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to use well-frozen fruit and berries.
  • Pulse on high. Stop only once or twice to scrape the fruits down. 
  • Eat immediately or transfer to the freezer for 15 minutes. 
  • Freeze for up to 2 months. Leave at room temperature for 5 minutes before enjoying.
