Ingredients
- ¾ cup 1:1 gluten-free baking flour
- ¼ cup collagen powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup coconut yogurt
- 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
- ⅓ cup almond milk
- 3 tbs chocolate chips Optional
Instructions
- Preheat a greased pan over medium heat.
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Portion the protein pancake batter into the pan and cover.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes until they’re starting to bubble.
- Flip the pancakes and keep cooking covered until cooked through.
