Hoisin Beef Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups spinach or more
  • 7-8 oz noodles
  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook your choice of noodles according to the package direction and set aside if it’s finished before your beef is ready.
  2. On medium heat, drizzle the olive oil into a pan, add the lean brown beef to it, salt, and cook until brown, breaking the beef up into small pieces with a wooden spoon as you go.
  3. When browned, add in the sliced onion and garlic and continue to sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add in the spinach and sauté until wilted.
  5. Add in the cooked noodles and the hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine and then serve.
