Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup hoisin sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink in the center.
  2. Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the hoisin sauce and cook until the chicken and broccoli is heated through and the sauce has thickened. Serve hot.
