Ingredients

  • 1.5 liters red wine (I used a boxed California blend)
  • 4 cups cranberry-apple juice
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 36 ounces ginger beer or strong ginger soda
  • 5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Possible Garnishes: fresh cranberries, orange slices, apple slices, fresh mint, cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Pour the red wine, both juices, ginger beer, and vanilla in a large punch bowl. Stir well to mix.
  2. Garnish with fresh fruit and cinnamon sticks. Serve over ice.

Notes

  • This punch is best made right before serving. You can make it one day ahead and refrigerate, but save the ginger beer to add right before serving.
