Ingredients

  • 65 gms cocoa powder ½ cup
  • 250 ml water 1 cup
  • 300 gms sugar though the original recipe called for 2 cups, 1.5 cups
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Notes

  • It keeps for several months in the fridge. You can use it to top ice cream or other sweets or to make chocolate milk and liquors.
