Ingredients
- 65 gms cocoa powder ½ cup
- 250 ml water 1 cup
- 300 gms sugar though the original recipe called for 2 cups, 1.5 cups
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Notes
- It keeps for several months in the fridge. You can use it to top ice cream or other sweets or to make chocolate milk and liquors.
