Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp salted butter $0.30
  • 2 cloves garlic $0.15
  • 1 cup heavy cream $1.00
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning $0.05
  • 1/2 tsp salt $0.01
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper $0.01
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese $1.15

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for two minutes or until the garlic becomes fragrant.
  2. Whisk in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Allow the cream to come up to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Continue to stir the mixture until all the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve over your favorite pasta, chicken, vegetables, and more!
