Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is simply the best homemade balsamic vinaigrette. This dressing beats anything that comes out of a bottle, hands down! 70 calories and 3 Weight Watchers SP

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey (not vegan)
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and agave nectar until combined.
  2. Using a microplane, grate the garlic into the dressing. Add the salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. Serve.
