Ingredients
- 1 banana ripe
- ⅔ cup milk or non dairy alternative
- ⅓ cup water
- ¾ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, add all your ingredients in and blend until smooth.
- Once blended, enjoy immediately.

Notes
- ¾ is the sweet spot for my partner (who has less of a sweet tooth than I).
- Adjust the maple syrup to your liking. I prefer 1 tbsp as I love mine sweet but ¾ is the sweet spot for my partner (who has less of a sweet tooth than I).
