Homemade Banana Milk

This simple homemade banana milk recipe requires less than 5 ingredients and is made in seconds!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana ripe
  • ⅔ cup milk or non dairy alternative
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ¾ tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all your ingredients in and blend until smooth.
  2. Once blended, enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • ¾ is the sweet spot for my partner (who has less of a sweet tooth than I).
  • Adjust the maple syrup to your liking. I prefer 1 tbsp as I love mine sweet but ¾ is the sweet spot for my partner (who has less of a sweet tooth than I).
  • Easily double or triple this recipe for more servings.
