Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ⅔ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tablespoon dry mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small saucepan on medium low heat, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened.
