Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 teaspoons distilled vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt coarse
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper cracked
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbled, good

  1. In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper until completely combined.
  2. Next, fold in the blue cheese gently until combined. Don’t over mix.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Prepare the dressing up to 3 days in advance to let flavors develop fully before serving.
  • Store in the refrigerator covered for up to 10 days and stir before use.
  • Fresh garlic can replace garlic granules for a different flavor profile.
  • Optional hot sauce can be added to introduce a spicy note as desired.
  • Adjust the amount of buttermilk to achieve your preferred dressing thickness.
