Homemade Boursin Cheese

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chive fresh
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Add 14 ounces cream cheese, ½ cup butter, softened, 1½ teaspoons garlic powder, 1 tablespoon fresh chives, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, ½ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon white pepper, and 3 tablespoons freshly grated parmesanto a large bowl.
  2. Mix using an electric hand mixer and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Line a small bowl with saran wrap. Spoon the cheese mixture into the saran wrap-lined bowl. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour or until it holds its shape.
  4. Use for any recipe that calls for Boursin cheese. Or enjoy it as a spread for crackers or veggies!
