Homemade Buffalo Wing Sauce

Perfectly tangy with just the right amount of heat, this Buffalo sauce adds delicious flavor to chicken wings, tenders, casseroles, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot Sauce)
  • ½ cup unsalted grass-fed butter
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the butter to a saucepan and melt over medium heat.
  2. Once melted, add the remaining sauce ingredients and whisk. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Serve with chicken wings, chicken tenders or use in my Buffalo Chicken Dip! Store in the fridge in an airtight jar.
