Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

My thick, creamy buttermilk ranch dressing is made with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, and lemon juice. Perfect for salads, dips, or as a marinade!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream (See Note 1)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh dill parsley and/or chives
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or bowl shake or whisk together the ingredients until emulsified and thoroughly combined, or use an immersion blender (stick blender).
  2. Allow to chill for 15 minutes to set before serving for best results.

Notes

  • Substitute with plain Greek yogurt if preferred. This makes 2 cups of salad dressing.
  • Nutritional information based off 2 tablespoon serving of salad dressing per serving.
