Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
My thick, creamy buttermilk ranch dressing is made with Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, and lemon juice. Perfect for salads, dips, or as a marinade!

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups buttermilk
- 3/4 cup sour cream (See Note 1)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh dill parsley and/or chives
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
Instructions
- In a mason jar or bowl shake or whisk together the ingredients until emulsified and thoroughly combined, or use an immersion blender (stick blender).
- Allow to chill for 15 minutes to set before serving for best results.

Notes
- Substitute with plain Greek yogurt if preferred. This makes 2 cups of salad dressing.
