Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper add more if you like more heat
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Store in an airtight container up to 6 months.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- I prefer a finer table salt in this recipe as I find coarse salt or kosher salt doesn't blend as evenly.
- Store Cajun spice in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
