- 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cardamom
- 2 tablespoons ground cloves
- 1 1/4 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 1/4 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 1/4 tablespoons white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all of the spices together and store in an airtight container.
