An easy homemade chai spice mix that you can add to everything from cookies, breads, coffee, tea and cinnamon rolls. The perfect mix of flavors sweet and spicy flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons ground cloves
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all of the spices together and store in an airtight container.
  2. Add to your favorite baked goods or drinks.
