Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cheerios plain or honey nut
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup Pepitas
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter (or nut butter of your preference)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, unsalted

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl mix Cheerios, cranberries, golden raisins, cashews, pepitas and walnuts together.
  2. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, melt the peanut butter, honey and butter together. Pour over Cheerio mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Store in fridge for 2 hours before consuming. Enjoy as is or on yogurt.

Notes

  • Store in fridge. This helps prevent Cheerios from getting 'melty.'
  • Great on yogurt or as is for a healthy snack.
