Homemade Chicken Gyro with Tzatziki

Homemade Chicken Gyro with Tzatziki is light and fresh and packed with bold Greek flavors.  This gyro is perfect for a delicious lunch, or a healthy dinner that everyone will go crazy over!

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Chicken Mariade 
  • 4 Pita flatbreads
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • ½ cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sliced small red onion
  • ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

Instructions

  1. Marinate the 2 chicken breasts in the Chicken Mariade  for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat a grill to medium-high. Grill the chicken on each side for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink. Slice the chicken into strips.
  3. Place the 4 pita flatbreads on the bottom. Add the grilled chicken, 1 sliced cucumber , ½ cup diced cherry tomatoes, 1 sliced small red onion, and ½ cup crumbled feta cheese. Drizzletzatziki sauce recipe on top and enjoy.
