Ingredients

- 1 bunch parsley leaves remove stems
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves remove stems
- 4 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
