Ingredients

  • 1 red onion small
  • 1 bunch parsley leaves remove stems
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves remove stems
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
