Homemade Chocolate Granola with Raspberries

This chocolate granola with raspberries is so decadent, that you'll forget it's healthy. Serve it with milk or yogurt or eat it straight as a snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup freeze-dried raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, cacao, and sliced almonds in a large bowl.
  2. Stir the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract together.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the oats and toss until well-combined.
  4. Spread the oat mixture in a single layer across a baking sheet. Let the oats bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Remove the pan from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Give the chocolate chips about 5 minutes to melt. Once fully melted, stir the chocolate into the oats and allow the granola to cool to room temperature before tossing in the freeze-dried raspberries.
  6. Store the granola in a sealed airtight container.
