Homemade Condiment for the Carnivore Diet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter softened, unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley, finely chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped herbs, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the herbs are evenly distributed throughout the butter.
  3. Taste and adjust the salt as needed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a small container or shape it into a log using parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate until firm and store in the fridge. Slice and use to add flavor to your carnivore dishes.
