Homemade Eggnog Latte Recipe
A festive latte is just the thing for the holidays. Try this creamy eggnog latte to warm you from the inside-out.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces espresso OR 1 cup brewed black coffee
- ¾ cup eggnog
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg plus more for topping
- Whipped Cream optional, for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the eggnog, maple syrup, and nutmeg until boiling. Once boiling, remove from heat.
- Whip the eggnog mixture with a milk frother or immersion blender until frothy.
- Brew the espresso or coffee into a mug, then top with the eggnog mixture. Top with whipped cream and more nutmeg if desired!
Notes
- This recipe can easily be doubled for 2 lattes!
