Homemade Electrolyte Popsicles

When you need a boost of hydration after a hot day in the sun or when you're feeling ill, having these Homemade Electrolyte Popsicles in the freezer are a game changer!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1 large lemon, juiced (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust honey to preferred sweetness.
  2. Carefully pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Put the molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  4. When ready to enjoy, run molds under warm water for 30 seconds or until ice pops are easy to release.
