Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder mild
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl.
  2. Mix together and use in your favorite fajita recipe.

Notes

  • Store leftover fajita seasoning in an airtight container. Keep in a cool dry place and use within 6 months for the best flavor. 
  • Adjust the spice level by removing the cayenne pepper or adding more.
