Homemade Fajita Seasoning Recipe

Homemade Fajita Seasoning is easy to make with spices you already have in your pantry. Control the salt, sugar and heat by making your own for the best fajitas around!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chile powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Whisk or blend together the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika, chile powder, cumin, coriander, black pepper, salt, cornstarch and sugar. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
