Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • syrup, fruit, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg yolks.
