Homemade Garden Salsa

Sweet and chunky salsa made with garden fresh tomatoes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 1 ½ cups tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley diced
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium sauce pan add onion, tomato and olive oil.
  2. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Cool completely and serve! ENJOY!
