Sweet and chunky salsa made with garden fresh tomatoes!

Ingredients
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 ½ cups tomatoes diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley diced
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan add onion, tomato and olive oil.
- Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely and serve! ENJOY!
