Homemade Garlic Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter softened at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic 
  • 1 Tbsp parsley finely chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all the ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Use a hand held mixer to beat all the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Serve on bread, steak or on top of your favorite vegetables!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight for up to 1-2 weeks. You can also freeze left over garlic butter in ice cube trays or in a freezer safe bag so that it’ll last even longer!
