Homemade Granola
Homemade Granola combines rolled oats, a variety of nuts and seeds, coconut flakes, flaxseed, and sweeteners like maple syrup and coconut sugar to create crisp, toasted clusters. The baking process at a moderate temperature encourages a golden color and crunchy texture without stirring, allowing the granola to form defined clusters. Optional dried fruit adds chewiness and sweetness. This granola can be enjoyed as a breakfast cereal, a snack, or a topping for yogurt or desserts.
