Homemade Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

Pair this delicious Honey Dijon Vinaigrette with your favorite salad!Recipe yields enough for 3-4 side salads or two large salads. Feel free to double  or triple as needed!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1 TBSP minced vidalia onion
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  1. Whisk all of the above ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Dip a spinach leaf to taste, then adjust the vinegar-to-honey ratio to suit your palette. You can up the tartness or the sweetness! Simply listen to your taste buds; they're brilliant.
  3. Drizzle over #allthesalads

Notes

  • No white wine vinegar? This dressing can also be made with red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar if you prefer! Start with 1 TBSP and add extra to taste. 
  • Optional: This dressing can be made with a food processor or immersion blender too!
