Homemade Horseradish Creme Sauce
This creamy Homemade Horseradish Sauce is so creamy, easy to prepare, and tasty that you want to enjoy it with your favorite beef, pork, and chicken recipes
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons horseradish cream style
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 scallion sliced very thin
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the sour cream, horseradish, scallion and in a small bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can enjoy the homemade horseradish cream sauce immediately, but letting it rest will enrich the flavor, and the scallion will settle beautifully with the sauce.
- Store: This horseradish cream sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for two weeks.
- You can also add any of the following: dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
- Mayonnaise and creme fraiche can be used as well. Whichever combination you choose to go, make sure they add to a 3/4 of a cup.
