Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 oz white chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse to combine, then blend until the chocolate is finely processed.
  2. Store in a jar or in an airtight container.
  3. To prepare your hot chocolate, combine 8 ounces of hot milk with about 1/3 cup of the mix and stir until combined.
