Ingredients
- 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered milk or instant nonfat dry milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows optional
Instructions
- Using a mesh strainer, sift the confectioners sugar, cocoa powder and powdered milk together.
- Whisk well until everything is combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container. Add mini marshmallows to the container if desired.
- When ready to drink, mix one part cocoa mix with one part hot water or milk.
