Homemade Italian Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup olive oil light
  • ⅓ white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing mix homemade
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener powdered, or allulose
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredient into the bowl of a mini chopper or immersion blender.
  2. Mix until well combined and emulsified.
  3. Pour over your favorite salad or use as a marinade.
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.
