Homemade Italian Dressing
Bright and zesty, this Homemade Italian Dressing recipe features an authentic blend herbs and spice that will elevate the flavors of any dish.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup olive oil light
- ⅓ white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing mix homemade
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener powdered, or allulose
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredient into the bowl of a mini chopper or immersion blender.
- Mix until well combined and emulsified.
- Pour over your favorite salad or use as a marinade.
- Store leftovers in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.
