Homemade Italian Seasoning Mix
If you want the best-tasting seasoning, skip the premade store-bought mix. Make this Homemade Italian Seasoning mix. It is easy to make and easily customizable to your unique tastes. Use this Italian seasoning mix on everything from beef and chicken to roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 4 Tablespoons basil
- 2.5 Tablespoon oregano
- 2 Tablespoon thyme
- 2 Tablespoon rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sage
Instructions
- Place all of the spices in a shallow bowl (or a small jar will also work.)
- Stir or shake until well combined. You can taste the seasoning mix, and adjust as desired.
- Now you’re ready to cook everything from Italian to roasted potatoes, and season meat.
