Homemade Jalapeño Jelly
Homemade Jalapeño Jelly has a perfect sweet and spicy combination you will want to slather on everything. It will become a staple in your fridge or freezer from now on!
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups jalapeño peppers about 10 large jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper about 1 medium pepper, diced
- 1 cup red bell pepper about 1 medium pepper, diced
- 5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 (6-ounce) liquid pectin package
Instructions
- Add 2 ½ cups seeded and diced jalapeno peppers, 1 cup diced green bell pepper, and 1 cup diced red bell pepper to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a large saucepan.
- Add 5 cups granulated sugar and 1 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add 1 (6-ounce) package liquid pectin and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to jars and refrigerate.
Notes
- For a spicier jam, leave seeds in the jalapeños.
