This recipe makes a tangy and mildly sweet homemade katsu sauce using ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh ginger and garlic. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
