Homemade Lemonade
Made with just 3-ingredients, this Homemade Lemonade recipe is the absolute best and so refreshing on those hot Summer days!
Ingredients
- 2 cups water (to heat in pot)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 lemon or 1 cup of lemon juice, plural
- 4 cups water (for pitcher)

- ice
Instructions
- In a medium-sized pot, mix 2 cups of water with the sugar.
- Warm on the stove and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved and the water is thicker.
- In a separate bowl or using a juicer, squeeze the juice from the lemons and run it through a sieve to remove any pits.
- Add the lemon juice to the pitcher.
- Add the sugar water mixture to the lemon juice.
- Add the remaining water to the pitcher and stir until mixed evenly.
- Add ice, lemon slices, and mint as desired.
