Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado peeled and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2  cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Using either a hand blender or a counter one, combine all the ingredients and then puree until smooth.
- Keep refrigerated in a mason or jam jar for 4-5 days.
