- 3 ripe mangoes peeled and diced (about 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1-2 jalapeños seeds and membranes removed, finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- salt to taste
- Pinch of cumin optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
