Homemade Mini Pizza Bagel Bites Recipe

These homemade mini pizza bagel bites are an easy bite-sized lunch or snack! They come together so quickly and are perfect for both kids and adults! All you need are four simple ingredients and 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 mini bagels halved (or mini slider buns or English muffins)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices or toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 425F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place your mini bagels onto the sheet pan, cut-side up.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of marinara sauce on each bagel and top them with a tablespoon of shredded cheese. Top them with the mini pepperoni slices or topping of choice.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese has melted and is bubbly and the pepperoni slices are crispy to your liking.
