Ingredients
- 6 mini bagels halved (or mini slider buns or English muffins)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices or toppings of choice
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425F.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place your mini bagels onto the sheet pan, cut-side up.
- Spread a tablespoon of marinara sauce on each bagel and top them with a tablespoon of shredded cheese. Top them with the mini pepperoni slices or topping of choice.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the mozzarella cheese has melted and is bubbly and the pepperoni slices are crispy to your liking.
