Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream chilled
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
- salt just a pinch
- 1 vanilla bean whole, but split and scraped vanilla seeds
- mint garnish, optional
- waffle cone optional
Instructions
- Start by creaming the heavy cream with a mixer for 4-5 minutes. Do this until stiff peaks form.
- Grab a separate bowl and mix the condensed milk, salt, and scraped vanilla seeds together until the seeds are mixed well.
- Add the whipped cream into the condensed milk bowl in batches and fold everything together using a spatula.
- Once it is mixed well, pour the mixture into a loaf pan and spread it out well. Cover the pan with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
