Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or more
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cups Filtered cold water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the rolled oats, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and water to the blender.
  2. Blend for 15 to 25 seconds.
  3. Strain the blended liquid through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag (I like putting a fine mesh strainer underneath for extra support).
  4. Gently squeeze the cheesecloth to get the oat milk out. You can do this in two batches if needed.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container to store in the fridge or serve immediately.
