Homemade Popsicles
Homemade Fruit Popsicles made with fresh fruit and yogurt in three delicious flavors! Tropical, blueberry, and strawberry yogurt popsicles.
Ingredients
Tropical Popsicles:
- 1 cup Mango frozen chunks
- 1 cup pineapple frozen chunks
- 1 banana very ripe (or 1 cup frozen banana slices, frozen
- 1/4 cup coconut milk whole fat
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
Strawberry Popsicles:
- 3 cups strawberry or fresh, frozen
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Blueberry Popsicles:
- 3 cups blueberries or fresh, frozen
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Tropical Popsicles:
- To a high speed blender add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, orange juice and vanilla yogurt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
Strawberry Popsicles:
- To a high speed blender add the frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
Blueberry Popsicles:
- To a high speed blender add the frozen blueberries, vanilla yogurt, honey, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
