Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 to 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and heavy cream to a saucepan. Give it a quick mix.
  2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and while stirring, bring the mixture up to a boil. Immediately remove from heat once it hits the boiling point and allow the creamer to steep for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat, stirring every so often.
  3. Strain into a heat-proof container such as a mason jar and allow it to fully cool before storing it in the fridge.
