Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 to 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon sticks, and heavy cream to a saucepan. Give it a quick mix.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and while stirring, bring the mixture up to a boil. Immediately remove from heat once it hits the boiling point and allow the creamer to steep for 10 to 15 minutes off the heat, stirring every so often.
- Strain into a heat-proof container such as a mason jar and allow it to fully cool before storing it in the fridge.
