  • 3 1/2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons powdered ginger
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves optional
