Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Vietnamese cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 3 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Add all spices to a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Add to a small mason jar or another jar/container with an air-tight lid. Store in a cool dry place for up to 1 year.
