Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl using a spoon or a whisk.
  2. Transfer to a jar or airtight container. For best results, use within a year.

Notes

  • You can omit the allspice if you don't have any. Likewise, you can adjust the portion of any of the ingredients depending on your personal preference (such as if you don't like strong clove flavor, etc.).
